SignalFinder Pro is a web-based platform that provides trading signal analysis, stock scanning, and market data visualization tools. The Service scans thousands of stocks to identify potential trading setups based on technical indicators and quantitative analysis.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

SignalFinder Pro offers free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated at the time of purchase.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
• Free Trial: New paid subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications

The Service, including its content, features, design, code, and branding, is owned by SignalFinder Pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless you have an API-access plan that permits integration).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data, signals, or analysis provided through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALFINDER PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignalFinder Pro, its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
