We want you to be completely satisfied with SignalFinder Pro. This policy outlines our refund process and 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not satisfied with your subscription? Request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date
- It is your first subscription with SignalFinder Pro (the guarantee applies to new subscribers only)
After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We may issue partial refunds for exceptional circumstances.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@signalfinderpro.com with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- Your subscription plan (Pro or Premium)
You do not need to provide a reason to receive a refund within the 30-day guarantee period. However, feedback helps us improve the service.
3. Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review and process your request within 2 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe
- It typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
4. What Happens After a Refund
When a refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
- Your account will revert to the Free plan
- You will retain access to Free plan features (limited signal access)
- Any data in your account (watchlists, settings) will be preserved
You are welcome to re-subscribe to a paid plan at any time. However, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase (unless at our discretion)
- Accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Repeat refund requests (the 30-day guarantee is a one-time benefit per customer)
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us
We encourage you to contact us first if you have any billing concerns. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
6. Free Trial & Cancellation
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:
- You will not be charged
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged for the plan you selected
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
