- Hosting & Infrastructure: Our service is hosted on Vercel and uses Azure for backend services.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds
- Payment information is processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant)
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We regularly review and update our security practices
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account:
- Your account enters a 7-day grace period before permanent deletion
- After deletion, your personal data is removed from our active databases
- Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period for legal and operational purposes
