Book privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you request the free book “The Gap Study”, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights under the applicable Mexican personal data protection law.
1. Who is responsible for your data
SignalFinder Pro, with its address at [PENDING: address of the responsible party], is responsible for the personal data you give us when you request the book. For anything about this notice, write to support@signalfinderpro.com.
2. What data we collect
- Your email address.
- If you tick the newsletter box, your choice to subscribe to it.
- The IP address of your request, used only to stop abuse of the form and not stored with your email.
We do not ask for sensitive, financial or property data.
3. What we use it for: primary purpose
Delivering the book: giving you access to its chapters on the site and sending you an email with the link to download the PDF. This purpose is necessary to give you what you asked for.
4. What we use it for: optional secondary purpose
Only if you tick the box, we subscribe you to the free SignalFinder Pro newsletter: news of new books and educational market content the platform publishes. The box starts unticked. If you leave it unticked, your email is not added to any marketing list.
You can refuse or unsubscribe at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, reply to any of them with the word “unsubscribe” or write to support@signalfinderpro.com. Refusing does not change your access to the book.
6. Who else handles your data
We use providers that process the data on our behalf and only for these purposes: Resend, to send the emails and keep the newsletter list, and Vercel, to host the site. Their servers may be outside Mexico. We do not sell or rent your data.
7. Your ARCO rights and how to withdraw consent
You have the right to know what data we hold about you (Access), to correct it (Rectification), to ask us to delete it (Cancellation) and to object to a specific use (Opposition). You can also withdraw your consent to the secondary purpose.
To do so, write to support@signalfinderpro.com with your name, the email you used to request the book, the right you want to exercise and a description of your request. We will reply by the same means, within the time limits set by the applicable law.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep your email for as long as the purposes of this notice need it. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we stop sending it; if you ask for cancellation, we delete it.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. The rest of the site is covered by our Privacy Policy.
