Free TradingView Indicator · Episode 1
Momentum Confluence Meter
Most traders run a squeeze tool, MACD, and a stochastic — and at the moment it matters, the three disagree.
What it does
- Reads your momentum tools together instead of side by side: one confluence panel on the chart, one plain-English state sentence.
- Measures the disagreement between your indicators and shows it as an Agreement % — when they conflict, the Alignment score collapses toward zero instead of averaging into a false middle.
- Names the holdout: when the axes split, the panel identifies which component is the dissenter and what that lead/lag position usually means.
- Tracks volatility compression as a continuous coil depth plus a stored charge — context that never inflates the score.
- Classifies every bar into a six-phase lifecycle — REST, COILING, LOADED, RELEASE, RUNNING, DIVERGENT — with close-confirmed transitions, so the headline state does not flicker.
- Draws a phase-colored ribbon under price across the full history, so you can audit how the model read any chart before trusting it.
How to get it
Base — free & open-source
The full engine, open-source on TradingView. No account needed.
The open-source script is publishing shortly — the direct TradingView link will appear here.
Pro — free with a SignalFinder Pro account
- Full alert suite: eleven close-confirmed, analysis-phrased alert conditions plus a dynamic phase-change alert with a JSON payload for webhook users.
- Higher-timeframe confirmation row — one non-repainting read, labeled "as of the last closed HTF bar".
- Watchlist mini-screener: up to four symbols with instant phase tags — which of your names is loaded or conflicted right now.
- Per-symbol cycle statistics: median past coil length and median past run length on the chart symbol — historical phase durations only, not performance results.
- Fast-axis decay early warning surfaced as its own alert.
This free indicator solves one problem. SignalFinder Pro is where I watch all of them at once.
